At Golden Goose Insights, I work as an HR Operations consultant, helping companies diagnose and design the people infrastructure required to operate effectively. My work begins with understanding how HR actually functions day to day, not just how it’s intended to work on paper.

That’s where we come in.

My work centers on diagnosing where people operations are breaking down and why. Through an embedded HR gap analysis, I evaluate how people processes function within real business workflows, including where ownership is unclear, capacity is stretched, or systems are misaligned. This approach allows us to address root causes and design people operations that are intentional, sustainable, and aligned to how the organization actually operates.
